b) Adrian and his father went to the supermarket together, his father chose food that is bad for you but Adrian bought fruit and salad. When they went to pay for the shopping his father couldn't find his credit card, and they wouldn't take a cheque. Adrian had to lend his father so me of his birthday money. Poor Adrian.
